To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete postal address, including the PIN code, a valid email ID, and an active contact number. We recommend doublechecking this information before completing your order to avoid delays.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. These will typically be delivered within 3-5 working days.
- If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you. A refund for the unavailable product (if paid in advance) will be processed within 10 working days, and the remaining items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
4. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made by our courier partners between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges faced by our courier partners.
